If you have a picky eater I am sure you will relate to this post. My twins are both pretty finicky when it comes to food, but one of them refuses pretty much all fruits and veggies. After multiple attempts at a lot of different smoothie recipes, I finally found one they both love. I even make it for myself with a few substitutions. We prepare it together in our ninja blender every morning which they both get super excited about. It feels great knowing they are getting their greens in for the day, and it has become apart of our morning routine that they look forward to.
For the kids:

- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
- ½ Cup Frozen Pineapple
- ¼ Cup Chia Seeds
